Time Test
Wait 24–72 hours and re-check. True signal tends to improve with
time: it gets clearer, calmer, and more coherent. Noise tends to
fade or escalate into urgency.
How to run the test
- Write the insight down verbatim.
- Do nothing dramatic for 24 hours.
- Re-read it the next day. Then again at 72 hours.
- Ask: is it calmer, clearer, and more coherent?
