Editorial and commercial disclosure

How to interpret SalarsNet articles, Store recommendations, and commercial relationships.

Updated October 16, 2026.

Our articles and our Store

Ranmon Inc operates SalarsNet and SalarsNet Store. Articles may link to products we sell, and we may earn revenue from those sales. A link to our Store is a commercial connection, even when the surrounding article is educational. Check the current product listing, condition, price, and purchase policies before buying.

Advertising and paid relationships

Advertisements are separate from editorial content. If a recommendation involves paid sponsorship, a commission for a third-party purchase, or a free product that affects the recommendation, that relationship should be disclosed beside the recommendation. This page does not mean that every external link pays a commission. If a relationship is unclear, contact us before relying on the recommendation.

Affiliate links

Some articles recommend third-party products through affiliate programs, including ClickBank. If you buy through one of these links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Each affiliate recommendation is labeled where it appears, and its link passes through a salars.net/go/ address so we can see which articles readers found useful. We recommend a product only after reading what it offers. We do not accept payment for a favorable opinion, and a commission is not an endorsement of every claim a seller makes. The seller’s own page, guarantee and refund terms govern the purchase; ClickBank processes the order and refunds for products it sells.

Recommendations and purchase decisions

Related-product boxes may connect an article’s subject with items from our Store. They are invitations to review a product, not independent laboratory tests or guarantees that the item suits every reader. Availability, price, condition and shipping can change. The current product page and checkout terms govern the offer.

We may link to our books on Amazon or to our own listings on other channels. We benefit from sales of our own work or inventory even when no affiliate commission applies. Paid sponsorships, affiliate relationships and material gifts should be disclosed near the relevant recommendation so readers can evaluate that connection without relying solely on this page.

Coin history, condition and value

Historical articles explain a coin series or period. They do not establish provenance, authenticity, a specific grade or the exact history of an individual coin being sold. Dates, mintmarks, grading services and packaging must be checked against the listing. Representative photographs may show a similar item rather than the particular unit shipped.

Metal-price calculators and descriptions of rarity provide context, not a redemption quote or investment promise. A coin’s collectible premium, condition, dealer costs and market demand can change its resale value. Our product standards describe the distinction between representative imagery, condition labels and item-specific claims.

Sources, dates and different kinds of writing

Factual and historical work should distinguish documented facts from interpretation and estimates, and cite sources where they help readers verify a claim. A publication or update date is not a promise that every linked service, price or rule remains current. Fiction, poetry and creative work are imaginative writing; invented scenes should not be treated as reporting about actual events.

Corrections may clarify a statement, replace an outdated link or amend factual details. Please identify the specific passage and supporting source when reporting an issue. We consider source quality and context rather than treating every conflicting assertion as equally established.

Information, estimates, and automated tools

Articles and calculators provide general information. Financial, health, legal, safety, and technical material may not fit your circumstances and can become outdated. Estimates do not guarantee results, earnings, investment returns, metal prices, or resale value. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires individual advice.

The automated site guide can make mistakes. Check the linked sources and current product details; the guide cannot change an order or make a binding shipping, price, or return promise. Use customer support for confirmation about a purchase.

Corrections and rights

Report an error through our contact form, including the page address, the statement in question, and supporting evidence if available. We review reports and can correct or clarify published material. A suggestion does not guarantee a particular editorial outcome. For permission to reuse material or a copyright concern, identify the work and the use or issue; rights holders retain their applicable rights.
