Accessibility and assistance

How to request help using SalarsNet and SalarsNet Store.

Updated October 4, 2026.

We want people to be able to read SalarsNet and use the Store. If a page, form, product description, or ordering step is difficult to use with your device or assistive technology, please tell us.

Request help or report a barrier

Use our contact form or email support@salars.net. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. Browser, device, or assistive technology details are helpful if you wish to share them. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.

If the form itself is inaccessible, use email. For a purchase question, include the product link or order number. We can help explain product information and available ordering options. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.

Reading and navigating

Use the skip-to-content link to bypass navigation. Links and buttons can be reached with a keyboard, and browser zoom can enlarge text. On smaller screens, the navigation menu can be opened with its labeled button. Articles use headings to help readers navigate sections; wide tables may scroll horizontally.

Product images provide visual information, while descriptions, grade labels and condition statements explain what is being offered. Stock photos may represent the type rather than the exact item. If a photograph contains information you cannot access, send the product link and tell us what detail you need explained.

Shopping and order assistance

Cart and checkout product links may open a smaller browser window so you can inspect an item while keeping your cart. Browser settings can change how these windows open. You can also use your browser’s ordinary open-in-new-tab action. Quantity controls are limited by the currently available order quantity; an undisclosed supplier inventory count is identified rather than invented.

Secure payment happens in Stripe Checkout. Order recovery uses the order details you provide and an email access link; the resulting order page can show payment state, item details, shipment tracking and support options. If you cannot use one of these steps, contact us for assistance. We will never request a card number by email as an alternative.

What helps us investigate

Tell us the page address, the action you attempted, what happened and any error text. You may include your browser and assistive technology, but medical information is unnecessary. If useful, describe whether the problem involves focus, a missing label, contrast, image information, an error message or time to complete a form. Include an order reference only when needed and avoid sensitive credentials.

Scope and limitations

This statement covers salars.net and store.salars.net. We have not published a comprehensive accessibility audit or a claim of full WCAG conformance. Third-party checkout, sales channels, advertising, and linked media have their own interfaces; let us know if they prevent you from completing a task so we can discuss available alternatives.

Improving access

We use reports to identify and prioritize barriers. We will discuss a practical way to help with the task while a reported issue is reviewed; this statement does not promise that every external service has an accessible alternative.
