Short Answer
Choose one color (blue, green, red) and spend a few minutes finding all its shades, variations, and reflections in your environment.
How to Do It (2–5 minutes)
- Pick one color for today.
- Scan your environment and find 10 instances of that color.
- Notice shades (cool/warm), brightness, saturation, and shadow shifts.
- Look for reflected color (on walls, skin, metal, glass).
- End by naming 3 shades you didn’t notice before.
