Color Saturation

Short Answer

Choose one color (blue, green, red) and spend a few minutes finding all its shades, variations, and reflections in your environment.

How to Do It (2–5 minutes)

  1. Pick one color for today.
  2. Scan your environment and find 10 instances of that color.
  3. Notice shades (cool/warm), brightness, saturation, and shadow shifts.
  4. Look for reflected color (on walls, skin, metal, glass).
  5. End by naming 3 shades you didn’t notice before.
