Autosuggestion — Indirect and Non-Commanding

This is where most creators accidentally produce resistance. The subconscious often rejects direct commands (“you will now…”), and drift increases when language becomes forceful. Hill-aligned autosuggestion is permissive and observational.

Don’t do this

  • “You are becoming…”
  • “You will now…”
  • “Your mind is…”

Do this instead (Hill-aligned)

  • Observational language (“some people notice…”).
  • Permissive phrasing (“you might find…”).
  • Conditional imagery (“as you settle, clarity can…”).
  • Non-urgent tone (“nothing needs to happen now”).
