What to Buy When You’re Unsure but Ready
You have the money. You want to buy. But you can't decide between a bar, a round, or a coin. Here is the default answer.
Paralysis is common. "Should I get the generic bar to save $2? or the Eagle for liquidity? or the Maple for purity?"

The American Silver Eagle is the most liquid silver coin on earth. It is not the cheapest. (Premiums are high). It is not the rarest. (Millions are minted). But it is Money.
- If you walk into a pawn shop in Nebraska, they know what it is.
- If you walk into a coin show in Tokyo, they know what it is.
Why It Is the "Safe" Choice
If you buy a weird generic round from a private mint, you might have trouble selling it later if that mint goes out of business and people forget the brand. The US Government is not going out of business (we hope). The Eagle will always be recognized.
The Rule: If you have analyzed the options and still can't decide... Buy a Tube of Eagles. You will never regret owning the standard.
