Supreme Court Still Plans to Overturn Roe v. Wade Despite Protests, Threats: WaPo

According to the , five justices on the are going to rule in favor of striking down Roe v. Wade despite threats, doxxing, and outrage from leftists and pro- groups following last week’s draft majority opinion, written by Justice Samuel Alito, was leaked to Politico.

Justices Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, as revealed in the initial leaked draft majority opinion, were set to vote in favor of overturning Roe v. Wade, Valiant News previously reported.

The three liberal SCOTUS justices — Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan — are presumed to have voted against overturning it.
