The government in the Canadian province of Quebec has decided to lift its universal mask mandate at the suspiciously-timed mark of 666 days.

As of today, masks will no longer be required in Quebec for bars, restaurants, museums, shopping centers, cinemas, libraries, schools, performance halls, sports arenas, gyms, bus stations and grocery stores. The mandate will continue to be upheld inside of buses, the subway system, healthcare facilities and senior centers.
