The first key to getting rid of worry is to live one day at a time, and don’t think much about past or the future. The second key is to get all the facts about the situation before allowing yourself to be worried about it. And think about the situation on a paper. Transfer all the details on a paper, and analyze the situation. Majority of your worries will just disappear if you simply take time to transfer the details of your situation to a paper.
