GMR Grand Prix Fast Facts: The Time For Racing At Indy Has Come

All eyes are on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this coming weekend Friday, May 13 – Saturday, May 14 for the GMT Grad Prix, which will run a 2.439-mile, 14-turn road course (clockwise) at the historic American track- known around the world for hosting the Indy 500.

Drivers were getting excited to be on the track with some anticipated beautiful weather:

NTT IndyCar Series Grand Prix will run for 85 laps / 207.3 miles.

Here are some details for race fans:

Each driver will have a Firestone tire allotment if Six sets are primary, four sets alternate (Note: A seventh set of primary tires is available to any car fielding a rookie driver.)
