Chris Murphy Brushes Off GOP Concern About SCOTUS Protesters: ‘Don’t Make Up Threats Of Violence’
In Senate floor remarks, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) spoke about the abortion debate, and said that, “You can object to protesters being outside of public officials’ homes. It’s happened to all of us, by the way, but don’t make up threats of violence just because it makes for a better story.”
