On this part of my site, I have gathered many resources on what I consider the basic components of fitness. Strength, flexibility, endurance, and diet.

If you are trying to lose weight, really focus on the diet section, but for overall fitness, browse through it all. I put a special emphasis on functional, old-time strong man strength instead of bodybuilding and believe that flexibility (primarily through yoga) and endurance must be included as well.

And I have included a section on alternative medicine with a strong emphasis on herbs to round things out. Enjoy!
