The motorist who shot Black Lives Matter rioter Garrett Foster dead at an Austin, Tex. protest over the weekend has been revealed as Daniel Perry, a U.S. Army sergeant with fiercely patriotic views.
Perry was not shy about talking on social media about what he would do if BLM terrorists ever threatened him.
“F**k that shit you shoot center of mass,” Perry wrote in a Twitter post. “1 it is a bigger target. 2 it still drops them. 3 even if you shoot them in the leg there is a major artery that will cause the person to bleed out in just a few minutes.”
“Send them to Texas we will show them why we say don’t mess with Texas,” Perry wrote in a Twitter response to President Trump’s warning against left-wing “protesters, anarchists, agitators, looters or lowlifes.”

“Now is the time to take up arms and protect yourselves against violence,” Perry warned in another post, showing that he really had the finger on the pulse of the political climate.
Liberal reporters are attempting to take Perry’s patriotic sentiments and use them to build the case that he committed premeditated murder against Foster. A press release from Perry’s attorneys is setting the record straight.
“Sgt. Perry and his family deeply sympathize with the loss and grief being experienced by Mr. Foster’s family,” his attorneys wrote. “Nevertheless, that does not change facts.”
“The simple fact is that Sgt. Perry reasonably perceived a threat to his life when, as has now been confirmed by independent witnesses, Mr. Foster raised his assault rifle toward Sgt. Perry who was sitting in his car,” they continued.
“We simply ask that anybody who might want to criticize Sgt. Perry’s actions, picture themselves trapped in a car as a masked stranger raises an assault rifle in their direction and reflect upon what they might have done if faced with the split second decision faced by Sgt. Perry that evening,” the attorneys wrote to conclude their letter.
The details that have emerged about Foster show him to be a communist-sympathizing anarchist who wished harm to the police and felt that he and his fellow rioters were untouchable.
Big League Politics has reported on how Foster was talking tough with his weapon shortly before the fatal encounter took place.
“They don’t let us march in the streets anymore, so I got to practice some of our rights,” Foster told an interviewer shortly before his death.
“I mean, if I use it against the cops I’m dead. I think all the people that hate us and want to say shit to us are too big of p-ssies to stop and actually do anything about it,” he continued.

Perry’s actions against this Libertarian street thug may galvanize others across the country to take a bold stand against these soulless marxist revolutionaries at war with the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
