Ron Paul appears to suffer a stroke during livestream

Anyone who has witnessed someone having a stroke likely recognizes what appeared to happen to Ron Paul today during a livestream this morning. Reactions on social media indicated that Dr. Paul seemed to suffer from some sort of medical event, likely a stroke. There is no word from the Paul camp on what has happened. Ron Paul has suffered some sort of stroke live on stream pic.twitter.com/FVmVk681Dq — intelwave 🌲 (@inteldotwav) September 25, 2020 🙏 Prayers for Dr. @RonPaul — Thomas Massie (@RepThomasMassie) September 25, 2020 It appears Ron Paul may have just suffered a stroke. Pray for him and his family. — Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) September 25, 2020 Please say prayers for Ron Paul. He just had a stroke on air. Heartbreaking to watch. — Ian Miles Cheong (@stillgray) September 25, 2020 Prayers out to Ron Paul and his family. Please don’t share the video. Nobody deserves something like that spreading all over the internet. Let’s hope everything is okay. — David Hookstead (@dhookstead) September 25, 2020 Pray for Dr. Ron Paul. Looks like he had a stroke or some sort of medical episode live on stream. — Anthony Brian Logan (ABL) 🇺🇸 (@ANTHONYBLOGAN) September 25, 2020 According to ZeroHedge: We have yet to receive any kind of confirmation about the Congressman’s status from the Paul camp. Notably, his son, Rand Paul, is currently serving as the junior Senator from Kentucky. After the popularity of his 2008 presidential bid, Paul announced in July 2011 that he would forgo seeking another term in Congress to focus on his 2012 bid for the presidency. After performing strongly once again, Paul refused to endorse the Republican nominations of John McCain and Mitt Romney during their respective 2008 and 2012 campaigns, and on May 14, 2012, Paul announced that he would not be competing in any other presidential primaries but that he would still compete for delegates in states where the primary elections had already been held. Please pray for Dr. Ron Paul. This appears to be serious based on the video. He has been a paragon for limited government and America First policies for decades. Trump Signs US Healthcare Executive Orders That May Have Little Impact

U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday signed two executive orders on healthcare for Americans that lawyers said will carry little weight, as the president seeks to boost his flagging credibility with voters on the hot-button issue ahead of the Nov. 3 presidential election. Trump signed the twin orders implementing his “America First Healthcare Plan” in an airport hangar in Charlotte, North Carolina, amid an audience that included medical professionals seated socially distanced and many wearing masks amid the coronavirus pandemic. “Under my plan 33 million Medicare beneficiaries will soon receive a card in the mail containing $200 that they can use to help pay for prescription drugs,” Trump said in describing part of his program. One of the executive orders is aimed at ensuring Americans with pre-existing conditions retain healthcare coverage, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar told reporters on Thursday, even as his own administration seeks to strike down the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, which protects the same right. Azar also said Trump was directing him via the second executive order to work with Congress to pass legislation banning surprise healthcare bills by the beginning of next year, and explore executive action to address the goal if the legislative bid fails. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, labeled it a “bogus order,” as she called on the president to “drop his lawsuit to overturn the Affordable Care Act in the middle of a pandemic.” While Trump heralded his actions, some lawyers expressed skepticism that he had the authority to make the move via executive order. Nicholas Bagley, a professor at University of Michigan’s law school, said: “Unless there’s a law that prohibits the conduct in question, or unless the president is exercising a power that’s been delegated to him by Congress, his statements have no more legal weight than a tweet.” “It’s as if I was walking around with a memo that was titled ‘Executive Order,’ and claimed that the policy of the United States is that everybody gets a cheeseburger on Tuesdays,” he added. Trump lags Democratic rival and former Vice President Joe Biden in national opinion polls, especially on the question of who would better handle healthcare. The president’s action, unveiled less than six weeks before Election Day on Nov. 3, also comes amid long-standing criticisms that he has failed to follow through on promises to propose an alternative to Obamacare even as he works to dismantle that program. Trump also has drawn fire for his administration’s response to the deadly coronavirus, which has killed more than 200,000 Americans. In June, the Trump administration asked the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate the Obamacare law that added millions to the healthcare safety net. The Affordable Care Act, passed in 2010, prohibited health insurers from denying coverage to Americans with known health conditions. Surprise bills occur when patients visit a hospital they believe is in their health insurance network but then are seen by a doctor or specialist who is out of network. Trump previously called on Congress to address the issue in 2019. “What the president is saying is that all the relevant players – hospitals, doctors, insurance companies – had better get their act together, and get legislation passed through Congress that protects patients against surprise medical bills,” Azar said. Is it taboo to ask Dr. Fauci the million (or billion) dollar question?

To date, Dr. Anthony Fauci has not been asked a question that should seem obvious to the average American. Considering many of the COVID-19 precautions and protocols in place across the country have come as a direct result of his rhetoric, it should be known whether or not he has financial interests in anything that he recommends. Considering he made most of his money in the medical patent markets, he’s one who knows how to turn a profit off of perceived need and fear. But nobody has asked him publicly or on the record. Or, to be more precise, nobody has published or released his answer to such a question if ever it was asked. There is a very tight bubble around him whenever he takes questions from the media. Does part of that bubble mean not asking if he gains anything from his medical recommendations? Newsmax White House Correspondent Emerald Robinson pondered this on Twitter in regards to Dr. Fauci’s push for COVID-19 vaccines. Not a single American journalist has asked Dr. Fauci if he has a financial interest in any of these vaccines that he keeps pushing. — Emerald Robinson ✝️ (@EmeraldRobinson) September 24, 2020 The White House is pushing to have a vaccine breakthrough before the election. Meanwhile, many prominent Democrats, including both members of the Harris-Biden ticket, have stated they do not trust President Trump on he vaccine. It’s as if they believe the President has his chemistry set out in the Oval Office working on the vaccine itself. It’s ludicrous. Still, millions of Americans will refuse the vaccine which is one of the reasons Dr. Fauci is pushing it so hard. He’s practically taking pre-sale orders. Will Dr. Fauci make money off of a COVID-19 vaccine? One would think that knowing this would be important and that it would behoove mainstream media to ask. Instead, we have crickets. Dumb, complicit crickets. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. We could use some help keeping this site afloat. Danielle D’Souza Gill fights for the pre-born by discussing ‘The Choice’

Young women in America are arguably the most under-served portion of the population by the Trump campaign. It’s not for lack of trying, but the demographic is one that isn’t easily reached through the channels the Trump campaign works the most. Thankfully, they’re taking advice from certain young women, including Danielle D’Souza Gill, who are recommending better ways to reach young female voters. Gill isn’t just a member of the Women for Trump advisory board. She’s also a published author whose new book, “The Choice: The Abortion Divide in America,” is currently available for pre-order with a release date of October 6. In it, she takes on the talking points of the pro-abortion left by addressing it through a lens they claim to understand: Choice. Gill believes it does come down to choice and she’s hopeful that people will make the right one for pre-born babies. In this interview on NOQ Report with our EIC, JD Rucker, Gill breaks down what’s happening in the world of Women for Trump as well as how her fight against abortion is a universal one for men and women across America. She positions the debate as one that’s empowering for those who choose life. It’s a different angle that should be considered by all pro-life activists in America today. One of the things that makes America great is our right to choose. Danielle D’Souza Gill understands that choice is important, which is why she named her pro-life book “The Choice.” More Americans need to make the right one. Shut up, they explained: The left now wants to ban free speech because of the COVID crisis

First, we had to stay at home [unless violently rioting and looting for BLM ] Then we had to social distance [unless violently rioting and looting for BLM ] Later on, the left demanded that we wear masks [helping conceal their identities while violently rioting and looting for BLM ] Along the way, whole swaths of the bill of rights were being infringed upon as never before in the history of the nation. Now that they have that under their hobnail boots, they are going for another: Free speech. Actual video title: Can Shutting Up Stop the Spread of Covid-19? That title from Bloomberg should grab everyone’s attention. The whole mask mandate scam is wearing thin, given that states with these mandates are now seeing an uptick in cases. Sweden showed the way by protecting the vulnerable and allowing the rest of the population to develop herd immunity, as is taking place where there are no mask mandates and Farr’s law shows a decline at a mathematically predictable rate. The left isn’t satisfied with merely destroying the economy and micromanaging everyone’s life down to the most basic of details. They have their eyes set on goals that are more ambitious than forcing us to wear face placebos. They’ve already talked about how they can parlay this ‘serious crisis’ into a discussion of climate change. Now they want to use it to literally shut people up. The bottom line: The left has only one priority, and that’s the attainment of power Those of us who have studied the socialist left for decades foresaw how they would again use another crisis to enhance their power. It’s never about the crisis itself, but how they can assert more control over everyone else. Many on the left are ‘LARPing’ [Live Action Role-Playing] as socialist revolutionaries, thinking that all of this will lead to them being installed as the ruling elite of their new socialist Utopia. The problem for the tyrannical ten percent is that the rest of us want to be left alone. We know where they are going with this, that is why everyone is arming up and ammo is nowhere to be found. You can guess this won’t be the last draconian demand based on the COVID crisis. They’ve exploited the crisis to suppress most of the 1st amendment. As soon as they figure out how to connect guns with germs, that will be their next priority. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. When is the mask madness going to end?

Note something on the opinion screed that once was the Associated Press. In the middle of dragging out the plaudits of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and making her irreplaceable, along with other leftist hobby horses, the pandemic panic has gone by the wayside.  Oh sure, they still push the ever-popular ‘grim milestone’ stories while ignoring the fact that Beijing Biden thinks that 61% of Americans will be dead when he’s done misreading his teleprompter. Other sites still try to maintain the panic, but now they are down to talking about how tiring it all is. The Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center (CRC) is showing that places that have achieved herd immunity aren’t seeing an increase in cases while those that insist on maintaining the COVID tyranny are on the increase. Even the media has to admit to Sweden’s success in avoiding a surge in virus cases but they can’t bring themselves to change course in giving up control – especially on the subject of face placebos. CDC chief says masks better at stopping coronavirus than a vaccine – seriously? It doesn’t help that the head of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Dr. Robert Redfield made the bizarre claim that face masks may ultimately be better than a much-hoped-for vaccine: A recent article in the New England Journal of Medicine suggested that “since masks can filter out some virus-containing droplets” but not all viral particles, a mask could act as a kind of exposure therapy, prepping the body to fight the coronavirus without actually sickening the subject. So now they are moving the goalposts once again, even though states that avoided draconian mask mandates are approaching herd immunity. John Ziegler made a very good point in Mediaite in an article entitled: The Conservative Argument Against Mask Mandates is Stronger than the Media Pretends on the substantive reasons for our resistance to wearing masks that have little to do with wanting to deal with the hassle of wearing one: 1. In order to justify the extraordinary step of the government forcing the universal use of a mask, the burden of proving that masks are so effective, and the emergency so dire, as to validate such an extreme action is very high. Far higher, on both counts, than the data/evidence from this pandemic has so far substantiated. 2. If the government can force you to wear a mask, under penalty of law, what exactly can’t they, in this nation once founded on the concept of liberty from tyranny, make you do? 3. What is the end date for this mandate? If we are forced to wear them now when only slightly more are dying per day than at the height of flu season, why would this edict ever be lifted? 4. Joe Biden’s promise of a “federal mask mandate” if he is elected has been downplayed because it could not be technically enforced, but it would cause profound problems in large parts of the country. Imagine being in a “red” state with no mandate but having the “federal mandate” hanging over everyone’s head and giving every business, school, sporting event the moral authority to effectively make their own rules in a way which would likely cause chaos and division. The first point being very important – it’s up to those wanting to force us to wear these placebos to prove that it’s worth the risk and the damage to liberty. So far, the burden has been falsely transferred to those who object to this intrusion on our liberty. When is this going to end? Time was, the left at least tried to sugar-coat its tyrannical dictates. The ongoing lock-down was at least put forward as ’15 days to slow the spread’ 6 months ago. They at least tried to sell the rest of it with appeals to the collective good. The face placebo mandates were different, it was ‘you are going to wear them and you’re going to like it –even if we can’t tell if you’re smiling’. That was it, even worse, they didn’t even bother with talking about the metrics for determining when it would all end. The bottom line: It’s going end because we say it’s ending Of course, many embraced this idea because they were all on board with prolonging the panic. These are the folks walking around with the black face masks, just to make sure you notice. These are also the people who wear them outdoors even when it’s not necessary. This has become a political issue with the implication from the press that placebo pundits advocates care about science and others while resisters are anti-science and selfish. As time goes on, more and more people will care less and less about being afraid and pretending to be virtuous. Even now, we’re seeing less than 100% masking up. There will of course be those still want to make a political statement, but for the rest of us, we’re going to gradually go about our lives, getting back to a mask-less normal, and there is nothing the mask Nazis will be able to do about it. Iran Exporting Microtubule Inhibitor Used for Cancer Treatment

An Iranian knowledge-based company has produced a microtubule inhibitor used for treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer and pancreatic cancer, and is exporting it to international markets. The anti-cancer medicine, named, Paclinab, has been produced by Nano Daru company, a knowledge-based firm established in 2011. Paclinab is a microtubule inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with Metastatic breast cancer, locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, and Metastatic adenocarcinoma of pancreas. The company says it is recommended by guidelines such as NCCN and ESMO as first line regimens in metastatic pancreatic cancer in combination with gemcitabine and in nonsmall cell lung cancer in combination with carboplatin. Mohammad-Saleh Farazandeh, the business development manager of the company, says the drug is one of the most strategic products ever manufactured in the Middle East. “The product has a turnover of $1 billion annually in the world, and Iran has managed to export this product to Turkey,” Farazandeh said. “Right now the product is being registered in 12 different markets,” he added. According to Farazandeh, the company has 150 personnel, and “acts as a bridge from the university to the industry”. “Nano Darou is well-known in Iran for developing Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS). This category of products consists of four different types: nanoparticulates, microspheres, Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs), and pegylated molecules,” he explained. He also noted that the company’s products are novel, and for them there are only two or maximum three manufacturers in the world. “Nano Daru is acting as a pioneer in the products it selects.” Subscribe

If lockdowns work against COVID-19, why is Sweden winning and everyone else is losing?

In the month of September, Sweden has had a total of 27 coronavirus deaths, approximately 1.4 deaths per day. They did not go into massive lockdown mode like most of the rest of the world. By comparison, New Jersey with around 1.4 million fewer people, has been in some of the most draconian lockdown conditions for months. In September, New Jersey has had 101 coronavirus deaths, or approximately 5.3 per day. Sweden has effectively defeated COVID-19. They have reached a state of approximately 25% antibody rate for their population, which seems to be the cap. Unlike other diseases, COVID-19 is often fought off by healthy bodies so quickly that antibody accumulation never happens. In other words, there are many who catch it and beat it without even noticing they were sick. The only real lockdown Sweden mandated was for large gathering to be limited. Otherwise, there have been no face mask or social distancing mandates, no businesses forced to be shut down, and no schools closed. They went about their business as usual with precautions recommended to citizens. They did not do everything perfectly; their lack of precautions for the elderly caused spikes in deaths from mid-April to early-May, but since then they have been on a steady decline in the number of COVID-19 deaths. But even Sweden’s “spike” was small when compared to locked down states in America. Sweden’s heaviest death toll day was April 15 with 115 reported coronavirus deaths. Smaller New Jersey, deep in the middle of their lockdown, had a high of 519 deaths on April 30. In the latest episode of Conservative News Briefs, JD and Tammy discuss the facts about the lockdowns and how Sweden’s smart moves helped them to defeat COVID-19 while the rest of the world is still lagging behind. If the real numbers about COVID-19 were ever widely discussed, we’d quickly learn the lockdowns and mandates are counterproductive. #FillTheSeat: We MUST have nine Justices to sort through post-election mess

The lawsuits are coming. Lots of them. That’s the second most important thing to take into consideration when we look at the GOP’s desire to nominate and confirm a Supreme Court Justice to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg before the election. The most important, of course, is that it’s the President’s prerogative to nominate and the Senate Majority Leader’s prerogative to hold a vote. Elections have consequences, and one such consequence is that Republicans have been given a mandate to do the work of the people. That includes nominating a Supreme Court Justice when a spot opens up. Democrats are threatening to play ever card, use every arrow in their quiver, and take nothing off the table to not only block the President and the Senate but also to get their vengeance when they have control of the Senate and White House in the future. Many of their most ardent “activists” have even gone so far as to threaten violence and rioting if they don’t get their way. Never in history have we seen such an immature and unhinged reaction to something like this. Never. With the lawsuits that will certainly happen before, during, and after the election, it’s imperative that we nine Supreme Court Justices in place to handle the rush. Going in with a 4-4 split—and yes, Chief Justice John Roberts will vote with the progressive wing of the Supreme Court on most if not all election issues—is a constitutional crisis waiting to happen. Democrats know this. Perhaps they’re hoping for it as a final gambit to steal the various elections, including the White House itself. On this episode of NOQ Report, JD and Tammy discuss this and a couple of other stories mentioned below. We also interview Tea Party co-founder Michael Johns and National File journalist Patrick Howley about the issue. Kroger fired two employees because they wouldn’t wear LGBTQ rainbow aprons An Arkansas Kroger store violated federal anti-discrimination law when it reportedly fired two employees who refused to wear LGBT-themed aprons due to their religious beliefs, according to a lawsuit filed Monday by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). According to the Miami Herald, a dress code by the Conway, Ark., grocery store required employees to wear a rainbow-colored heart emblem on the bib of the apron. The women “believed the emblem endorsed LGBTQ values and that wearing it would violate their religious beliefs,” the EEOC said in a news release summarizing the suit. Kroger disciplined the two women and eventually fired them, an action that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which bans employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin. The EEOC charges Kroger with religious discrimination. Both women are Christian. The two women “offered to wear the apron with the emblem covered and the other offered to wear a different apron without the emblem, but the company made no attempt to accommodate their requests,” the EEOC said. Joe Biden claims 61% of Americans will be dead when he’s done misreading his teleprompter

Joe Biden’s mental acuity is slipping away faster than water is a sieve. He has been relegated to delivering teleprompter-only speeches. He almost never takes questions from the press except during CNN events in which he has been given the questions ahead of time. He’s worse than the gaffe-machine of old. Today’s Joe Biden is a cognitive nightmare. His latest misreading of a teleprompter came when he claimed 61% of the United States population would be dead by the time his speech ended. His campaign has instructed him to play on the fears of the American people to try to convince them COVID-19 is an existential threat to all humanity. In his case, he seems to have taken it a bit too far. “It’s estimated that 200 million people will die, probably by the time I finish this talk,” he said. Sad news from Biden. If you're an American, there's a 61% chance you're dead right now. https://t.co/xjn3I6CDu9 — JD Rucker (@JDRucker) September 20, 2020 Joe Biden struggles to read a teleprompter, won’t take questions from the press, and his rare off-the-cuff moments are cringeworthy. But if his numbers are correct, that’s 200 million mail-in ballot voters for Democrats. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. Health Ministry Lists Almost Entire Iran as COVID-19 ‘Red Zones’

Iran’s Health Ministry spokeswoman says 422,140 patients have contracted the novel coronavirus so far, including 3,097 new cases identified in the past 24 hours, the highest daily rise in new patients since June 6. In a press briefing on Sunday, Sima-Sadat Lari said the virus has killed 183 patients since Saturday noon, increasing the overall death toll to 24,301. So far, she added, 359,570 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital. Lari said 3,898 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection. Doug Collins Tweets truth about Ruth Bader Ginsburg and draws leftist outrage

Deceased Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be celebrated by Democrats and even many Republicans as a long-time progressive voice on the bench. Even President Trump reacted with kind words towards her when he heard that she had died. But the fact remains that she was arguably the most ardent promoter of abortion from the bench for the last three decades, and Congressman Doug Collins took the opportunity to remind everyone of that on Twitter. RIP to the more than 30 million innocent babies that have been murdered during the decades that Ruth Bader Ginsburg defended pro-abortion laws. With @realDonaldTrump nominating a replacement that values human life, generations of unborn children have a chance to live. — Doug Collins (@CollinsforGA) September 19, 2020 Collins is running for Senate in Georgia, competing against fellow Republican Kelly Loeffler, Democrat Rev. Raphael Warnock, and a handful of other candidates for the special election of the seat that Johnny Isakson retired from in 2019. It’s a “jungle primary,” meaning the top two candidates will face each other head-to-head in the subsequent general election. Loeffler currently leads in most polls with Collins and Warnock fighting for the second spot. The Tweet can be questioned for its timing but not for its message. Justice Ginsburg has long defended abortion at all levels, including writing the dissent in a ruling against partial-birth abortion in 2007. The Clinton-appointee has voted against every abortion restriction the bench has seen since joining the Supreme Court in 1993. She even viewed Roe v Wade as too restrictive, once claiming it did not affirm proper abortion rights to a high enough degree. Leftists were utterly outraged by Collins. They were out in arms on Twitter with vitriol that seemed heavy, even for them. (Warning: Language) Doug Collins is celebrating the death of a Supreme Court Justice. Unforgivable. Iran’s President Voices Concern over Relative Rise in COVID-19 Infections

The Iranian president has expressed concern over a drop in the percentage of people who abide by health protocols amid a surge in the coronavirus outbreak. President Hassan Rouhani said the extent to which people comply with health directives has decreased from 82% to 62% over the past week. “This issue is very alarming,” he said. He made the comments after a report was released by the National Coronavirus Headquarters suggesting there has been a relative rise in the number of those infected and hospitalized due to coronavirus. He touched upon the opening of schools and universities, saying either educational centres may hold their classes online or students may physically attend classes depending on the circumstances. “The top priority is to protect students and university students’ health,” he noted. He said educational centres opened just recently, and hence, there are no precise statistics about the number of those infected in educational settings. The president urged the health ministry to monitor the proper implementation of health protocols, saying all school authorities are obliged to enforce health directives. Iran to Buy COVID-19 Vaccine from India: Health Minister

Iran’s health minister says an Indian company is to sell the coronavirus vaccine to the Islamic Republic. Saeed Namaki said Iran is to purchase 20 million doses of the vaccine from the Indian firm under a forward sale contract. “This Indian company, which has already sold 100 million doses of the vaccine to the US under a forward sale agreement, has got the US permission to sell 20 percent of its products to other countries as well,” said the minister. Namaki said the Indian company is owned by a Zoroastrian of Iranian descent. “Based on what this Indian company has promised us, we are going to receive the vaccine at a lower and more reasonable price,” he said. Meanwhile, the minister underlined that Iranian research centres keep working to develop a homegrown vaccine for COVID-19. Doctor: Is Jill Biden positioning herself to be de facto president as Joe’s mental capacity fades?

Let me make one thing very clear up front. I am a doctor. I do not play one on TV. But I have not examined Joe Biden. That means that everything I am about to say is a process of connecting the dots to arrive at, not a diagnosis, but an evaluation of probabilities. If anything, what does the public record suggest is going on with Joe Biden’s brain? Democrat commentators will rapidly brush off Biden’s difficulties as “gaffes” or “stuttering.” Republican pundits instantly jump on every faux pas as a sign that he’s about to assume room temperature. The one thing both sides can agree on is that a mentally impaired President is a bad thing. Democrats paint President Trump as if he has had a major stroke, and passionate Republicans describe Biden as unable to find the bathroom. The truth is almost certainly somewhere else. If we are able to make a careful assessment, we will have information that contributes to a useful assessment Make no mistake about it. Something is wrong upstairs with Sleepy Joe. There are too many “odd” things in how he speaks, how he acts, and with his memory to simply pass them off as “That’s just Joe.” Even his ability to read a teleprompter is questionable. In short, his elevator isn’t going to the top floor anymore. Let’s start with a summary of what we see in public. Dr. Fred Heggen, medical director at the Lovisenberg Diaconal Hospital’s psychiatric clinic in Oslo, says that Biden’s behavior at campaign events and debates over the past few months, characterized by “forgetfulness, mischief, confusions, gaffes, and aggression,” is indicative of someone who is beginning to struggle to perform basic mental functions. Biden’s former physician, Dr. David Scheiner, notes that Biden has a lot of medical issues and “looks frail.” His verbal fumbles are legion. A library of them would fill volumes. The next problem is inappropriate behavior. Biden is well known for sniffing the hair of women of all ages. He touches them inappropriately. One Secret Service agent nearly got in a fistfight with Joe because he was cupping the agent’s girlfriend’s breast during a photo opp. Senator Jeff Sessions had to swat Joe’s hand away from Jeff’s granddaughter. We should note that Joe doesn’t do this with males. It is clearly sexual in character. Another problem is impulsive or rash behavior. Biden angrily challenged an attendee at a town hall, calling him a “damn liar” and then said, “You wanna check my shape on it, let’s do push-ups together here, man. Let’s run. Let’s do whatever you want to do. Let’s take an IQ test.” Another town hall led to him calling a young lady a “lying, dog-faced pony soldier”. (Also “full of shit” video, “damn liar” video, coal mine video, teacher/professor video, arrested trying to visit Nelson Mandela video, claim that the Parkland School shooting happened during his time as VP, He couldn’t remember when he was last elected) One would think that Biden would have the judgment to carefully consider whether he wants his lies remembered by the internet, but as Newsweek reporter Mickey Kaus notes, “The clip…reflects a view of Biden’s character widely shared in the community. Reporters and political consultants long ago concluded that Biden’s chief character flaw was his tendency to wing it. He seems to lack a crucial synapse between brain and tongue, the one that makes the do-I-really-want-to-say-this decision.” He appears “hyper, glib, and intellectually insecure.” And, of course, “if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t Black.” His memory is not immune. We all remember him confusing his wife and his sister. But perhaps the most dramatic is his statement that he went to law school on a full academic scholarship, graduated in the top of his class, earned three degrees, and was the “outstanding student in the political science department.” While this might be disregarded as political hyperbole, he should be able to keep his own record straight. Certainly if he participated in civil rights sit-ins or was arrested in South Africa, he would know, but all witnesses say he’s lying. The more difficult situations come with recent on-camera word salads and confusion. He loses track of where he is. He called the President “President Hump.” He can’t remember the date of his last election. And he couldn’t even remember that Kamala Harris was black. Our problem is not identifying that Joe Biden is in decline. The reason for his decline is worth understanding. One medical fact is not disputed. Biden has chronic atrial fibrillation for 17 years and is taking anticoagulants. Those blood thinners are associated with a 3% chance of stroke per year. That means he has a 40% chance of suffering a stroke to date. Often the strokes are small, and can’t be identified without proper studies. Small strokes may cause subtle changes. They can affect any part of the brain. The rest of Joe’s signs may point us to one process that’s likely affecting him. Memory loss is, unfortunately, very nonspecific. It does point us away from the Parkinson’s complex, since those diseases are not generally associated with memory loss. They tend to affect reasoning. And we don’t see any of the characteristic movement disorders from this group. What should we do with all those fabulist (exaggerated, made-up) stories? The benign answer is that it’s just a politician talking. After all, we know that a politician is lying because his lips are moving. But let’s consider some real whoppers. On September 9, he claimed that the US armed forces had 118,984 COVID infections, with 6,114 deaths. The actual numbers are 40,000 infected with 7 deaths. The number he quoted was close to the Michigan data, but that excuse won’t wash. In June he said that 120 million Americans had died from the disease. This is similar to his claim in July that 150 million people in the US were killed by “gun violence.” It’s clear that Joe is having memory problems. No person who knows that the US population is a bit north of 300 million would make such a mistake. It would mean that every third house would be empty, all over the country. Since most of us only know a handful of people who’ve even had the disease, such a picture is impossible. But if your memory is bad, and your ability to make facts match up is faulty, it’s not so hard to understand. One particular piece of confusion is particularly damning. On November 21, in a Democrat debate, Sleepy Joe tried to extricate himself from forgetting that Kamala Harris, who shared the stage with him, was a Black Senator. Three months later he told South Carolina voters that he looked forward to “appointing the first African-American woman to the United States Senate.” This flub contains multiple cognitive flaws. Senators are only appointed when a vacancy appears remote from an election. Then the appointments are done by Governors, and Biden is running for President. These are not excusable errors. They are repeated organic failures. That is, they are failures of brain function. They begin with inability to remember basic facts. Those memory holes get filled in with whatever the brain can find. The pressure of the campaign makes these flubs worse. Of course we can’t move on without Biden’s most famous fumble. While speaking in Texas, his speech was a bit slurred as he tried to quote the best known line from the Declaration of Independence. “We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created by the – you know, you know, the thing.” This is not a slip of the tongue. It is a slip of the entire mind. Every politician of Joe’s era memorized this line. It is the source of all the “equal rights” discussions since even before the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Joe’s “dysarthric speech” is more prominent in other places, but it again points out that the wires in his brain aren’t fully connected. On some days he’s better than others. It’s like that light bulb that doesn’t always come on, but if you wiggle the wires just right, you can make it light up. All of us have our favorite Biden Word Salad episode. These are common if memories have holes, and in a struggle to not appear flawed, memories and words from other places get stuffed in. At this point, I will mention that there are rumors, originating in an anonymous post on an obscure bulletin board, that Biden is now on medication for Alzheimer’s Disease. I don’t have any confirmation, so I won’t comment any further on this. The agitation and paranoia we mentioned up front are other markers of what may be happening. So are the sexually inappropriate actions that continue in spite of efforts by his handlers to stop them. This leaves us in an interesting quandary. Is there a single process that explains what’s happening? After all, Occam’s Razor suggests that a single explanation that covers all the bases is more likely to be true than a more complicated answer. Unfortunately Biden’s history seems to blur the picture. Certain things are clear. Joe’s sexually inappropriate behavior has gone along for a long time before his apparent decline, even discounting Tara Reade’s accusations. He appears to have had a habit, born of privilege, that was never punished. If his brain function is failing, that habit will continue, and perhaps become exaggerated unless actively restrained. Another feature is the continuing sequence of malapropisms, often called “gaffes.” Once again, these have gone on so long that it’s difficult to separate the chronic from the acute. But one thing is very clear. These verbal difficulties are accelerating. Joe’s gaffes never extended to forgetting the Declaration of Independence, or confusing which office he was running for. And his frequent forgetfulness about who was President during his tenure as Vice President is evidence of something particularly worrisome. Finally, we must consider his emotional outbursts when he’s challenged. This is a newer phenomenon, not generally seen in the past. And we see him operating a bit slowly. His speech isn’t as fast or clear as before, and his gait is a bit more toward shuffling. Joe’s not aging well, and it’s clear, as I said before, that something is getting out of order below his toupee’. Joe’s problems are obviously getting worse. He’s lost a step just during the course of the campaign. But what’s causing it? The three most likely candidates are Alzheimer’s Dementia, Vascular Dementia, and FrontoTemporal Dementia. Yes, the dreaded “D” word. America cannot have a President with dementia. The job calls for vigor and clarity, not torpor and turbidity. Sorting out the various possible forms of dementia are waaaay beyond the material in the public record. There’s just too much overlap between the forms. Some can be diagnosed by various types of brain scans. CT, MRI, and PET scans may be needed. I can’t do those on YouTube or C-SPAN. This means that we are left trying to sort out which of a batch of possibilities best match Bumbling Biden. And to make it easy, we just don’t have enough information. One choice is very attractive, since it includes all of Joe’s signs. Behavioral Variant Frontotemporal Dementia demonstrates, as listed by the Calgary Alzheimer Society: lose their inhibitions – behave in socially inappropriate ways and act in an impulsive or rash manner; this could include making tactless or inappropriate comments about someone’s appearance lose interest in people and things – lose motivation but (unlike someone with depression) they are not sad lose sympathy or empathy – become less responsive to the needs of others and show less social interest or personal warmth; this can make the person appear selfish and unfeeling show repetitive, compulsive or ritualised behaviours – this can include repeated use of phrases or gestures This isn’t all, but we can all recognize them in Joe. Is this what he has? I don’t know, but it’s the best fit of what we see. It’s pretty clear that whatever his actual diagnosis, Joe Biden is in mental difficulty. It should not be necessary to go farther than that. The country cannot afford a President who is “struggl(ing) to perform basic mental functions.” That takes us to the Edith Wilson story. President Woodrow Wilson suffered a severe stroke in October of 1919. Without the 25th Amendment, which was ratified in 1967, the First Lady, Edith Wilson, became de facto President. While she took some items to him, in general, she handled everything. One has to wonder if Jill Biden has this model in mind. Any ordinary wife, on seeing her husband decline as Joe has, would pull him aside and push for a quiet retirement with family. But instead she has vigorously pushed his candidacy. She knows that Joe has to listen to others for guidance with most things, and because she is closest, he’ll listen to her. Is she looking to be a second Edith Wilson, President in every way but name? There has been one coronavirus death in Sweden in the last five days

Mainstream media, Democrats, and anyone else living in fear of the coronavirus often say something to the rest of us that is meant to shame us. “Listen to the science,” they say, as if we’re neanderthals walking around mouth-breathing our way to extinction. But there’s a problem with their narrative. Sweden. If we are truly to listen to the science, then we cannot ignore the lesson that nobody else seems to be learning from the Swedish model for handling COVID-19. In essence, they did nothing different. Business as usual. Sure, they restricted large gatherings, but there were no face mask mandates, no businesses shut down, no schools closed. Instead, they fought the disease the way that it was always intended to be fought, with our God-given immune systems and common sense precautions. They didn’t do everything perfectly; Sweden’s death count spiked in mid-April because they left their elderly too exposed to the disease. COVID-19 has an exponentially more damaging effect on the elderly than it does on young people, including children. Especially children. Nevertheless, they have flattened their curve to almost nothing. There has been one COVID-19 related death in the last five days. One. And both their infections and deaths have been in a steady state of flattening since April, unlike literally every other nation in the world that experienced second and third waves. Their trend line has been consistently pointed downward for five months. We know that Sweden didn’t do it perfectly because of those high death numbers in April and into May. Granted, they’re still lower than New Jersey which has fewer people and some of the harshest coronavirus lockdown mandates in the world, but it’s clear Sweden’s lack of attention for the elderly is the reason they had such high deaths before. We know this because the number of COVID-19 deaths for people under the age of 40 in Sweden is a total of 29. Out of nearly 6,000 total deaths, around a half of a percentage point were people age 0-39. In the latest episode of NOQ Report, I dove into the numbers and did everything within my power to not get too angry about it. Following the bad news that we’re not really listening to science and perpetuating a lockdown based on politics alone, I had some good news. My interview with Josh Barnett, congressional candidate in AZ-07, yielded unexpected fruit as he described how he established a Private Membership Association to sidestep the lockdown for his gym. It’s a fascinating interview and may offer the roadmap for others to open up their businesses as well. Sweden didn’t do everything right, but the fact that they have essentially defeated the coronavirus by doing the exact opposite of the rest of the world demonstrates why the press won’t talk about them anymore. The left is trying to abolish God

John MacArthur, pastor of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, wrote “Worship, the Ultimate Priority” a number of years ago. His message is timeless, and remains in print. Little did I know that as I prepped to teach my class at church (in person!) that I would find a key purpose of the Left’s demand that churches cease in-person services explicitly laid out in a story told for decades. MacArthur recounts … “A pastor went to see a man who didn’t attend church very faithfully. The man was sitting before a fire, watching the warm glow of the coals. It was a cold winter day, but the coals were red hot, and the fire was warm. The pastor pleaded with the man to be more faithful in meeting with the people of God, but the man didn’t seem to be getting the message. So the pastor took the tongs beside the fireplace, pulled open the screen, and reached in and began to separate all the coals. When none of the coals was touching the others, he stood and watched in silence. In a matter of moments, they were all cold. “That’s what’s happening in your life,” he told the man. “As soon as you isolate yourself from God’s people, the fire goes out.” -MacArthur, John. Worship (p. 144). Moody Publishers. Kindle Edition. This is exactly what we are seeing. Many churches that have been filled with lukewarm Christians will never recover from the lockdowns. Their coals have gone out. Without the regular company of believers, those who have not fully committed themselves to God find themselves weakened and may never come back. I don’t think many of the radical Left have read MacArthur’s book or heard that illustration from the pulpit, but the result is the same. Their rabid hatred makes them celebrate when those who believe differently are harmed. If divine authority is belittled, so much the better. Little do they understand that they are culpable in eternal harms. But the Father of Lies is happy to use his useful idiots to do his work. Churches need to rapidly realize that the pandemic is over. If someone is ill, they should stay home. Otherwise, they should not forsake the assembling together (Hebrews 10:23-25). It is an essential part of keeping the flame of faith burning. Iran Reports over 3,000 New Cases of COVID-19 Infection

Iran’s Health Ministry spokeswoman says 416,198 patients have contracted the novel coronavirus so far, including 3,049 new cases identified in the past 24 hours, the highest daily rise in new patients since June 6. In a press briefing on Friday, Sima-Sadat Lari said the virus has killed 144 patients since Thursday noon, increasing the overall death toll to 23,952. So far, she added, 355,505 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital. Lari said 3,869 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection. The spokeswoman noted that 3,559,565 COVID-19 tests have been taken across the country so far. She said the high-risk “red” zones include Tehran, Qom, Mazandaran, East Azarbaijan, Isfahan, Yazd, Khorasan Razavi, North Khorasan, Semnan, Gilan, Zanjan, Qazvin, and Kerman provinces. The “orange” zones also include Lorestan, Ardabil, Golestan, Markazi, Alborz, Hormozgan, Ilam, Fars, Bushehr, West Azarbaijan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kermanshah, South Khorasan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, and Khuzestan provinces, she added. Joe Biden, Anderson Cooper caught breaking social distancing when they thought cameras were off

There’s an important set of optics for both the Democratic Party and CNN. They have been pushing so hard to force the nation into a state of panic over COVID-19 that they must religiously practice mask-wearing and social distancing any time the cameras are rolling. When they’re not rolling, the rules change, as Joe Biden and Anderson Cooper demonstrated at last night’s CNN townhall. LOL! @CNN, @AC360, and @JoeBiden are pretend practicing social distancing at tonight’s #CNNTownHall, but watch what happens when they think the cameras are off and you can’t see them anymore! Frauds! pic.twitter.com/eGeiJHonic — Reagan Battalion (@ReaganBattalion) September 18, 2020 It’s not the first time they fake their compliance to coronavirus rules. There are numerous examples of both Democrats and mainstream media nannies pretending to be concerned about social distancing and mask wearing, only to change tunes the moment they believe the cameras were off. It just happened the day before to CNN White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins. Democrats and their mainstream media lapdogs are putting on a show. It’s nothing more. Every time they think the cameras are not rolling, they’re fast to revert to normal activities. Their supposed coronavirus fear is intended to make YOU afraid. Covid Politics

It is very difficult to ask the country to put politics aside during a presidential election season, but it is crucial that we do so now regarding the expected approval of vaccines for Covid-19. Pharmaceutical researchers are laboring for thousands of hours and investing billions of dollars to develop treatments and vaccines desperately needed to save lives and unlock economies around the planet. Yet the political knives already are out, with Sen. and Vice-Presidential nominee Kamala Harris repeatedly expressing distrust for the vaccine, saying, “I think that we have learned … that there’s very little that we can trust that can comes out of Donald Trump’s mouth.”  She went on to also question the objectivity of the FDA. That is reckless and potentially deadly.  Just as Americans avoided going to the hospital this spring, even when they were having strokes and heart attacks, for fear of contracting the virus, people who avoid a vaccine for political reasons could also be putting themselves at risk. Leading authorities issued two separate statements this week to reassure the American people that no treatment or vaccine will be released until it is deemed safe and effective—nine pharmaceutical company executives and eight senior career scientists at the Food and Drug Administration. Senior FDA career executives co-signed an op-ed in USA Today about following the science to protect public health in pandemic. They are concerned that “The integrity and independence of the agency have been called into question.”  The eight FDA officials have more than 100 years of experience and assured the American people they are committed to making decisions guided by science.  They said their approach to approval has been and will “remain the gold standard that all can rely on.” The chief executives of nine pharmaceutical companies released a pledge on Tuesday saying they won’t submit their coronavirus vaccines for regulatory approval unless large clinical trials prove they are safe and effective. They “want to make clear our on-going commitment to developing and testing potential vaccines for COVID-19 in accordance with high ethical standards and sound scientific principles.” The statement said the companies will “always make the safety and well-being of vaccinated individuals our top priority.” On Wednesday, HHS Secretary Alex Azar led a bipartisan call with the chief executives of 50 states, territories, the District of Columbia, and the White House Coronavirus Task Force to discuss local, state, and federal COVID-19 response and recovery.  HHS is working with the Task Force to coordinate efforts to distribute the vaccines when they are approved as part of the massive all-of-government response to the pandemic. More than 100 vaccines are in clinical trials around the world as a result of a near-wartime effort by the companies to respond to urgent need for vaccines and treatments.  Yet, according to a September 6 CBS News/YouGov poll, 65% of Americans said they would be skeptical of a coronavirus vaccine if it was made available this year, fearing possible safety shortcuts. It’s vital to put politics aside so scare tactics do not compromise the urgent interests of public health and the imperative for economic recovery. CNN’s Kaitlan Collins scolds about masks, then removes hers when she thought cameras were off

CNN White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins asked a very pointed question at today’s White House press conference with Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany. It was intended to try to shame the President about his stance on face masks in light of an odd report by CDC Director Robert R. Redfield that face masks are more effective than the upcoming vaccine. “So have any medical experts told the President that masks aren’t good or is he only citing non-medical experts like he did last night?” Collins asked. It was more of an election question disguised as a healthcare one. It’s the type of thing designed to give fodder for the Biden campaign to use. But she didn’t really believe what she was saying about masks, as she clearly demonstrated the moment she believed the cameras had stopped rolling. I just combined footage of CNN's Kaitlan Collins asking @PressSec a question about the importance of wearings masks just now and what Collins does with her mask the second she thinks the cameras are off. Not great! pic.twitter.com/FUNUcZOOTI — Kelb Hull (@CalebJHull) September 16, 2020 So-called “journalists” like Kaitlan Collins think we’re all stupid. Smoking gun: The report that shows that the COVID-19 virus originated from laboratory modification

Virologist Dr. Li-Meng Yan and others have published a paper that shows that the virus that causes COVID-19 [SARS-CoV-2] originated from laboratory modification. The paper is entitled: Unusual Features of the SARS-CoV-2 Genome Suggesting Sophisticated Laboratory Modification Rather Than Natural Evolution and Delineation of Its Probable Synthetic Route. This is a rather involved subject, delving into the genomic sequences of various types of viruses. These have a number of spike proteins that infect cells by binding to certain types of ACE2 receptors on a cell’s outer wall. What is important to understand is that the SARS-CoV-2 virus has a particular affinity for the human form of this receptor, designated as hACE2. In contrast to other ACE2 receptors of other species, particularly horseshoe bats. The natural origin theory is based on the SARS-CoV-2 virus evolving from the RaTG13 virus. The paper shows that the SARS-CoV-2 virus had to have originated from ZC45/ZXC21 with some genetic manipulation. The report makes several important points in the assertion that the SARS-CoV-2 originated from laboratory modification. To begin, they make the following point in the introduction of the paper: “The existing scientific publications supporting a natural origin theory rely heavily on a single piece of evidence – a previously discovered bat coronavirus named RaTG13, which shares a 96% nucleotide sequence identity with SARS-CoV-218. However, the existence of RaTG13 in nature and the truthfulness of its reported sequence are being widely questioned. It is noteworthy that scientific journals have clearly censored any dissenting opinions that suggest a non-natural origin of SARS-CoV-2. Because of this censorship, articles questioning either the natural origin of SARS-CoV-2 or the actual existence of RaTG13, although of high quality scientifically, can only exist as preprints.” This is important because further on in the paper, they cite evidence that RaTG13 cannot be the origin of SARS-CoV-2, discounting the natural origin theory. The report detailed three lines of evidence to support their contention that laboratory manipulation is part of the history of SARS-CoV-2: i. The genomic sequence of SARS-CoV-2 is suspiciously similar to that of a bat coronavirus discovered by military laboratories in the Third Military Medical University (Chongqing, China) and the Research Institute for Medicine of Nanjing Command (Nanjing, China). ii. The receptor-binding motif (RBM) within the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which determines the host specificity of the virus, resembles that of SARS-CoV from the 2003 epidemic in a suspicious manner. Genomic evidence suggests that the RBM has been genetically manipulated. iii. SARS-CoV-2 contains a unique furin-cleavage site in its Spike protein, which is known to greatly enhance viral infectivity and cell tropism. Yet, this cleavage site is completely absent in this particular class of coronaviruses found in nature. In addition, rare codons associated with this additional sequence suggest the strong possibility that this furin-cleavage site is not the product of natural evolution and could have been inserted into the SARS-CoV-2 genome artificially by techniques other than simple serial passage or multi-strain recombination events inside co-infected tissue cultures or animals. The first two lines of evidence are the most important for our discussion, since point one contradicts the natural origin theory. While the second is a ‘smoking gun’ that points to laboratory manipulation. Only certain types of virus, should be the backbone used for the creation of SARS-CoV-2 As previously stated, the natural origin theory is based on a previously discovered bat coronavirus named RaTG13. To which they dismiss based on the evidence: Searching the NCBI sequence database reveals that, among all known coronaviruses, there were two related bat coronaviruses, ZC45 and ZXC21, that share the highest sequence identity with SARS-CoV-2 (each bat coronavirus is ~89% identical to SARS-CoV-2 on the nucleotide level). Similarity between the genome of SARS-CoV-2 and those of representative β coronaviruses is depicted in Figure 1. ZXC21, which is 97% identical to and shares a very similar profile with ZC45, is not shown. Note that the RaTG13 virus is excluded from this analysis given the strong evidence suggesting that its sequence may have been fabricated and the virus does not exist in nature. Further on, they show that the virus in question cannot bind with the receptors of the species of bat in question – disproving the natural origin theory: Substantial evidence has accumulated, pointing to severe problems associated with the reported sequence of RaTG13 as well as questioning the actual existence of this bat virus in nature. A very recent publication also indicated that the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the RaTG13’s Spike protein could not bind ACE2 of two different types of horseshoe bats (they closely relate to the horseshoe bat R. affinis, RaTG13’s alleged natural host)2, implicating the inability of RaTG13 to infect horseshoe bats. This finding further substantiates the suspicion that the reported sequence of RaTG13 could have been fabricated as the Spike protein encoded by this sequence does not seem to carry the claimed function. The fact that a virus has been fabricated to shift the attention away from ZC45/ZXC21 speaks for an actual role of ZC45/ZXC21 in the creation of SARS-CoV-2. The smoking gun for laboratory modification Further on in the paper they state that the receptor-binding motif (RBM) of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike cannot be born from nature and should have been created through genetic engineering. This centres around how the virus interacts with a host cell receptor. “If SARS-CoV-2 does indeed come from natural evolution, its RBM could have only been acquired in one of the two possible routes: 1) an ancient recombination event followed by convergent evolution or 2) a natural recombination event that occurred fairly recently.” In the first scenario, the ancestor of SARS-CoV-2, a ZC45/ZXC21-like bat coronavirus would have recombined and “swapped” its RBM with a coronavirus carrying a relatively “complete” RBM (in reference to SARS). This recombination would result in a novel ZC45/ZXC21-like coronavirus with all the gaps in its RBM “filled” (Figure 4). Subsequently, the virus would have to adapt extensively in its new host, where the ACE2 protein is highly homologous to hACE2. Random mutations across the genome would have to have occurred to eventually shape the RBM to its current form – resembling SARS-CoV RBM in a highly intelligent manner. However, this convergent evolution process would also result in the accumulation of a large amount of mutations in other parts of the genome, rendering the overall sequence identity relatively low. In other words, had this taken place over time, the a genomic sequence identity wouldn’t be there. In the second scenario, the ZC45/ZXC21-like coronavirus would have to have recently recombined and swapped its RBM with another coronavirus that had successfully adapted to bind an animal ACE2 highly homologous to hACE2. The likelihood of such an event depends, in part, on the generalrequirements of natural recombination: 1) that the two different viruses share significant sequence similarity; 2) that they must co-infect and be present in the same cell of the same animal; 3) that the recombinant virus would not be cleared by the host or make the host extinct; 4) that the recombinant virus eventually would have to become stable and transmissible within the host species. The striking finding of EcoRI and BstEII restriction sites at either end of the SARS-CoV-2 RBM, respectively, and the fact that the same RBM region has been swapped both by Dr. Shi and by her long-term collaborator, respectively, using restriction enzyme digestion methods are unlikely a coincidence. Rather, it is the smoking gun proving that the RBM/Spike of SARS-CoV-2 is a product of genetic manipulation. The research shows that this is highly unlikely. Leading them to assert that this it is the smoking gun proving that the RBM/Spike of SARS-CoV-2 is a product of genetic manipulation. Science? It’s the Election, Stupid

Please respect our republishing guidelines - Click Here Los Angeles County Health Director Barbara Ferrer has come under fire for recent audio leaked to LA radio station KFI AM 60 in which she asserts that schools will likely not open up again until after the Presidential election on November 3. Her remarks have drawn criticism that Ferrer is leaning on politics rather than science in making her determination. In a moment of unguarded honesty while on a conference call, Ferrer opined that: “We don’t realistically anticipate that we would be moving to either tier 2 or to reopening K-12 schools at least until after the election in early November.” Conspiracy Theory or Calculated Political Move? On its face, this seems to reinforce the right-wing “conspiracy theory” that everything is about the election at present and may be used for political advantage – even our children’s education. Unfortunate statements like Ferrer’s reinforce the idea that intransigence on opening businesses, restaurants, churches, and public schools may have a calculated political component. Over the summer, President Trump, Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, and the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) all endorsed American children going back to school in the Fall – a notion against which the teacher’s unions of California swiftly pushed back. Within a day or so, the unions voted to continue school closures in favor of remote learning. This decision flew in the face of all science on the subject. We know that there is not a single recorded case of a student infecting a teacher with COVID-19 anywhere in the world – even though students went back to school many months ago in Denmark, Norway, and Germany as well as nine other countries. The determination to bar students from in-person learning was also made with full knowledge that the seasonal flu is far more deadly than COVID for children. Internationally children have barely registered as infected or in any way sickened by the virus during the pandemic. For a group that genuflects to science, the left deliberately ignored science when it was politically convenient for them to do so. This also includes the comprehensive adoption of masks, which has devolved into self-reinforcing fascism requiring everyone to wear them outside the home – available science be damned. And the science on whether unprecedented quarantines of healthy people have worked to slow the spread of COVID-19 is still in dispute, but history suggests the evidence does not favor supporting arguments. None of that science appeared to register with a county professional for whom science is in the mission directive of her job. Ferrer was also overheard to say on the same conference call that: “When we just look at the timing of everything, it seems to us a more realistic approach to this would be to think that we’re going to be where we are now until we are done with the election.” Holding the Nation Hostage The social media critiques of Ferrer’s tacit admission that politics was privileged over science in deciding to keep schools closed were fast and furious. Outraged Twitter commenters called her remarks “disgusting” and “criminal” and evidence that we are being “held hostage” by a politically-motivated ruling class. Some wondered why Halloween, for example, might not have made just as convenient a watershed date for the reopening of schools – another trenchant observation that suggests politics at the heart of Ferrer’s remarks. Meanwhile, the LA County Department of Health was under the gun to clarify Ferrer’s statements, asserting that she was really only referring to the “time frame for expanded school re-openings.” Anytime the government body that has aegis over you has to run interference for your remarks, you know full well you stepped in it, and a hose is being applied to your shoes. LA Unified School District is the second-largest in the country behind New York City’s Board of Education. Seven hundred thirty-five thousand students in LA County are now nearly a month into distance learning – a bad dream from which we had hoped to awaken this Fall after a Spring rife with lockdown-learning. LA has at least made tentative plans to allow its most severely impacted special education students to revisit in-person learning, starting this week. But after LA County canceled Halloween trick-or-treating after having supported protests, then walked back the decision a day later, and given Barbara Ferrer’s apparently political metric – should Southern Californians have any confidence their elected officials know what they’re doing and are making science-based decisions free of political bias? ~ Read more from Pennel Bird.

Shiite Muslims to Observe Arbaeen Remotely over Pandemic: Iran

Iran’s health minister says this year’s Arbaeen march, which is to mark the fortieth day after the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), will be held remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic. Saeed Namaki said in a phone conversation with Iraqi Health Minister Hassan al-Tamimi that in the year of the Coronavirus pandemic, perhaps the best way to express devoutness to Imam Hussein (AS) is new methods not experienced before. The Radio and Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the ulema as well as cultural figures in Iran and Iraq must come together to make a more detailed plan for the Arbaeen mourning ceremony this year, noted Namaki. “It is necessary to form a joint committee between the Ministries of Health of the two countries to hold the glorious mourning ceremony of Arbaeen remotely. With the cooperation of the two countries, we are trying to seriously fight COVID-19 in order to contain the disease as soon as possible,” added Namaki. Iran’s minister of health emphasized that the country’s relationship with the honourable people and the land of Iraq is historic and will never be broken. “This year in Iran, with the support of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, a very glorious but protocol-based Muharram ceremony was held. We were able to follow health protocols in such a way that the least harm from the corona virus was recorded.” For his part, the Iraqi health minister said it is very nice to hear good news from Iran about the control of COVID-19 and the reduction of the number of deaths. “We continuously follow the actions of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the control of this disease and we have learned lessons in this regard,” underlined Tamimi. LA Schools: Politics Over Students?

Please respect our republishing guidelines - Click Here Should students return to school or be kept at home with online learning? Has the Coronavirus pandemic run its course enough to allow children to return to student-teacher in-person learning? That has been the question dominating educational systems throughout the nation. While some schools have returned to a semblance of normality, others have remained locked down, with concerns about spreading the virus preventing their reopening. Or is that the real story? In Los Angeles, CA, the public health chief may be suggesting another agenda – a political one – as she warns the county’s schools will likely not resume until after the presidential election. Dr. Barbara Ferrer, in a conference call with educators, twice mentioned keeping schools closed until after the election. “We don’t realistically anticipate that we would be moving to either tier 2 or to reopening K-12 schools at least until after the election, in early November,” she said, drawing criticism for the political date. Leaked audio obtained by the L.A. radio station KFI AM 60 reveals the doctor’s comments: “When we just look at the timing of everything, it seems to us a more realistic approach to this would be to think that we’re going to be where we are now until we are done with the election.” Nothing to See Here? The county’s Department of Public Health tried to play down the furor later by saying Ferrer was only referring to the timeframe for “expanded school reopenings,” but that didn’t sway much of the public. One tweeter, known as JP, said: “It’s been about the election the entire time. Anybody who’s been paying attention could see this would be stretched into November solely for that purpose.” Some insist the statement was taken out of context – that Ferrer merely used election day as a benchmark. It is worth noting, though, that everything else in L.A. County is on track to reevaluate reopening and expanding within the next couple of weeks, except for the school system. Ferrer may have meant the beginning of November, but why not say that instead of citing a specific event? After playing Ferrer’s recorded comments, the hosts of KFI News speculated that the timing was a way to thwart President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign: If the students were to return to school now, then it would “give good will to Trump, and more votes.” A commenter identified as Lisa tweeted out this response: “Dr Ferrer told us ‘the science is guiding our decisions’ what does science have to do with the election? We are being held hostage by a Politically motivated shut down. WAKE UP LOS ANGELES.” The L.A. school system has been in the spotlight in recent months for what appears to be politically charged decisions. As Liberty Nation reported, in July, the United Teachers Los Angeles Union (UTLAU) had a list of demands before allowing children to return to class: “Social distancing practices aside, the union folks also want to defund the police, close charter schools, and promote self-serving legislation unrelated to the Coronavirus.” The UTLAU also insisted on funding for illegal immigrants, a wealth tax, and even Medicare for All. As parents struggle to understand the risks (or lack of) to their children should schools reopen, the media continues to bombard the American public with daily updates of infection, hospitalizations, and deaths supposedly due to COVID. Liberty Nation’s Pennel Bird sums up the situation: “We obediently flattened the curve way back in April, and that was just a signal to the media to quickly move the goalposts.” Perhaps the goalposts all along were set for November 4. ~ Read more from Kelli Ballard.

Chinese virologist claims to have genome sequence proof that COVID-19 was made in a Wuhan lab

The video is an interview with Virologist Dr. Li-Meng Yan on the TV show ‘Loose Women’ on her claims of a cover-up on the origins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the cause of COVID-19. She is a scientist who was working at the Hong Kong School of Public Health when she turned whistle-blower on the Chinese Government. This necessitated her fleeing to the US for her safety and spoke from a secret location. During the interview, Dr. Li-Meng Yan detailed her investigation into the outbreak and why she fled Hong Kong for the states. She was originally tasked with investigating a cluster of virus cases that we now know were COVID-19. She claims to have discovered a cover-up and that the Communist Chinese Government knew about the disease before publicly acknowledging the outbreak. In an interview on Bill Hemmer Reports back on July 13, she detailed her investigation into the initial outbreak and why she fled to the US: “I know how they treat whistleblowers,” she said. “[They want] To keep people silent if they want to reveal the truth, not only about COVID-19, but also for the other things happening in China. For example, during the SARS [pandemic of 2003], senior doctor Professor Jiang Yanyong had revealed evidence [of a cover-up] in Beijing … and also in Shanghai [another physician’s] team reviewed the sequence of the SARS-COVID-2 [coronavirus] for the first time in the world and published it in February this year and then their lab was shut down by the government. She stated that she is going to publish a paper on the virus detailing its genome sequence as proof of its origins. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. We could use some help keeping this site afloat. Colleagues have called me the worst fundraiser ever. My skills are squarely rooted on the journalistic side of running a news outlet. Paying the bills has never been my forte, but we’ve survived. We have ads on the site that help, but since the site’s inception this has been a labor of love that otherwise doesn’t bring in the level of revenue necessary to justify it. When I left a nice, corporate career in 2017, I did so knowing I wouldn’t make nearly as much money. But what we do at NOQ Report to deliver the truth and fight the progressive mainstream media narrative that has plagued this nation is too important for me to sacrifice it for the sake of wealth. We know we’ll never make a ton of money this way, and we’re okay with that. Things have become harder with the coronavirus lockdowns. Both ad money and donations that have kept us afloat for a while have dropped dramatically. We thought we could weather the storm, but the so-called “surge” or “2nd-wave” that mainstream media and Democrats are pushing has put our prospects in jeopardy. In short, we are now in desperate need of financial assistance. The best way NOQ Report readers can help is to donate. Our Giving Fuel page makes it easy to donate one-time or monthly. Alternatively, you can donate through PayPal as well. We need approximately $11,500 to stay afloat for the rest of 2020, but more would be wonderful and any amount that brings us closer to our goal is greatly appreciated. The second way to help is to become a partner. We’ve strongly considered seeking angel investors in the past but because we were paying the bills, it didn’t seem necessary. Now, we’re struggling to pay the bills. This shouldn’t be the case as our traffic the last year has been going up dramatically. June, 2018, we had 11,678 visitors. A year later in June, 2019, we were up to 116,194. In June, 2020, we had 614,192. We’re heading in the right direction and we believe we’re ready talk to patriotic investors who want to not only “get in on the action” but more importantly who want to help America hear the truth. Interested investors should contact me directly with the contact button above. Election year or not, coronavirus lockdowns or not, anarchic riots or not, the need for truthful journalism endures. But in these times, we need as many conservative media voices as possible. Please help keep NOQ Report going. Check out the NEW NOQ Report Podcast. American Conservative Movement Join fellow patriots as we form a grassroots movement to advance the cause of conservatism. The coronavirus crisis has prompted many, even some conservatives, to promote authoritarianism. It’s understandable to some extent now, but it must not be allowed to embed itself in American life. Iran Devises Machine to Produce Microfibres Used in Medical Dressings

An Iranian knowledge-based company has manufactured a polymer microfibre spinning machine that can produce advanced medical dressings. The CEO of the company says they strive to meet the needs of industries and research institutes in the field of stem cell technology and reconstructive medicine, tissue engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, and polymer by producing or modifying chemical products. According to Hamed Daemi, polymer fibres, with numerous applications in a wide range of fields, are now used in medical industry. He said the company produces more than 100 types of products using a machine which is used to make polymer microfibres from polymer solutions. “These microfibres can be used as advanced dressings for the treatment of diabetic ulcers. Since the technical knowledge of making this device has become indigenous, we are upgrading and developing it. This has become the basis for offering domestically produced products at a lower price and higher quality than imported samples,” he added. Daemi also stated that the ability to change and optimise parts to suit the needs of industry is one of the capabilities of this machine. “The most important job of this machine is to produce polymer microfibres that are used in advanced medical dressings. But we have the ability to optimise the device to suit the needs and capabilities of every industry.” Subscribe Facebook Twitter ReddIt Pinterest WhatsApp Viber VK Email Telegram Print LINE The IFP Editorial Staff is composed of dozens of skilled journalists, news-writers, and analysts whose works are edited and published by experienced editors specialized in Iran News. Iran Provides Refugees, Immigrants with Free Coronavirus Treatment

The spokeswoman for Iran’s Ministry of Health says based on the announcement of the Minister, all health services provided to the foreign nationals and immigrants suffering from the novel Coronavirus will be free of charge. Sima-Sadat Lari said due to the spread of the Coronavirus and the importance of creating sustainable health in the country, non-Iranian citizens, like the Iranians, will receive COVID-19 health services free of charge. In an interview with IRNA, she said the Islamic Republic’s belief in creating sustainable health in the country has made it possible to provide health services to non-Iranians like the Iranian citizens because the basics of human rights, religion and the dignity of human beings say such services must be given to this population. “Due to its special geographical location in the last four decades, the Islamic Republic of Iran has welcomed a large number of immigrants and refugees from other countries, especially Afghanistan,” she underlined. She further maintained that in this regard, health and medical personnel have been deployed in hotels and bases providing health and medical services to refugees and non-Iranian citizens since March 2020. People at high risk are also screened and their information recorded. In this respect, expert and technical meetings have been held with the organisations responsible for screening COVID-19 in the population of refugees and non-Iranian immigrants, and guidelines for the care and management of the disease in hotels have been developed. Official statistics released by Iran’s Interior Ministry show that there are about one million refugees in the country, of which only about 4% live in official guest cities of the Ministry of Interior and 96% of other refugees, unlike other host countries, integrate with Iranians and they have settled in urban and rural areas. According to statistical estimates, about 2 to 2.5 million illegal immigrants live in the country. “Considering the health status of the refugee population in the Islamic Republic of Iran, the health needs of this population have been a priority of the Ministry of Health since the beginning and Iran has always planned to improve the health index among this population,” reiterated Lari.
