Ted Cruz: ‘I think Big Tech, frankly, is just drunk on their power’

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg are two of the most powerful men in the world. They aren’t politicians. They are very wealthy, but their power is not derived by their wealth. They are two of the top Barons of Silicon Valley and they wield their power like demigods to sway the upcoming election in favor of Joe Biden and the Democrats. Senator Ted Cruz is among a handful of Republican lawmakers on Capitol Hill who are trying to rein in these powers. They look at what Twitter and Facebook have done in the past and see clear bias. But it was in their collective quashing of multiple NY Post articles that truly demonstrated election interference to the highest possible degree. On with Fox News host Harris Faulkner, Cruz said, “The New York Post has the fourth largest circulation of any newspaper in America, and right now, Jack Dorsey is just behaving as Joe Biden’s press secretary. It is censorship. It is wrong.” The articles in question were all well-sourced and heavily researched depictions of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, as a corrupt and possibly law-breaking attachment to the Biden campaign. According to the stories, Hunter Biden used his father, who was Vice President at the time, to collect favorable treatment from Ukrainian energy company Burisma, Ukraine itself, and the Chinese Communist Party. There are even instances of direct benefit garnered by Joe Biden through his dealings with the same entities. These stories were instantly deemed anathema by Big Tech. Ironically, that censorship became the story as far as complicit mainstream media was concerned. Democrats even used the censorship as justification for saying the stories were “debunked.” But everything we’ve seen in the stories combined with the known histories of Joe and Hunter Biden seem to point to one likely conclusion. They’re true. Every bit of them. Connect with one of hundreds of physicians nationwide who believe in HCQ as a prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19. “We’re 19 days out from an election, and so the reason I focused on Jack Dorsey and Twitter is because Twitter is blocking the China story,” Cruz said. “Facebook right now is not blocking the China story. So Dorsey has doubled down. I think Big Tech, frankly, is just drunk on their power.” Forget Russia. We can even forget China. They’re attempts to interfere in the upcoming election are minuscule compared to the draconian wielding of political power by Twitter and Facebook that needs the most attention. Ted Cruz: Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to be subpoenaed over Hunter Biden story censorship

Less than three weeks before the most consequential election of our lifetime, Twitter, Facebook, and other Big Tech companies have censored a NY Post article detailing Hunter Biden’s use of his father’s influence to secure more pay and a longer contract with Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Dozens of prominent accounts and pages have been suspended for sharing the link to the article. Meanwhile, Twitter claimed the censorship was over “hacked” details. This morning, Senators Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, and Josh Hawley announced they will be voting on a subpoena to hear testimony from Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter. Hawley noted that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg should be subpoenaed as well. “Chairman Lindsey Graham and I have discussed this at length and the committee today will be noticing a markup on Tuesday to issue a subpoena to Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter, to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee next Friday,” Cruz said. The story is consequential to the election, not only because it shows the connection and potential corruption between Democratic nominee for president Joe Biden and Ukrainian officials, but also because Biden has said multiple times in the past that he never spoke to anyone about Burisma. He even claimed he knew nothing about the dealings Hunter Biden had in Ukraine. The campaign has now changed their story to indicate the meeting he did have with heads of Burisma were “not official.” Twitter and Facebook censorship has been a problem for a long time, but as our EIC noted this morning, there has never been real action by Republicans over the issue. There has been plenty of talk and occasional threats, but not actions. It seems the Senate Judiciary Committee is finally ready to act. Connect with one of hundreds of physicians nationwide who believe in HCQ as a prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19. Big Tech has bullied conservatives for long enough. The Twitter purge continues: Jack Posobiec got suspended for Hunter Biden memes

Several prominent conservatives have been banned on Twitter today over the NY Post story regarding Hunter Biden’s use of his father to get a pay bump at Ukrainian energy company Burisma just as we was joining their board. White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany was hit. Newsbusters’ Curtis Houck was hit. Now, One America News’ Jack Posobiec has been hit. BREAKING: Jack Posobiec has been locked out of Twitter for sharing Hunter Biden memes. pic.twitter.com/q189hrY7qG — Ian Miles Cheong (@stillgray) October 14, 2020 Twitter is panicking. They realize they made a mistake when they started censoring the story in the first place. Now, they’re scrambling to keep that piece of news from spreading as well. As Winston Churchill once said, “When you’re going through hell, keep going.” Apparently, Twitter is willing to double- and triple-down on their draconian efforts in an attempt to justify their initial act of suppression. It’s time for patriots to say “no.” Does that mean we should leave Twitter? Perhaps. But since many of us use Twitter to support President Trump and the nation, it would likely take him leaving and moving to a different platform in order for the rest of us to follow suit. That may be what’s required. In the meantime, we should make our voices heard even as Twitter tries to stifle us. Twitter is attempting to intimidate anyone willing to speak the truth. We need to amplify each other and make it known what Hunter Biden did as well as what Twitter is trying to do now. Toby Cuomo in leaked audio: College lockdowns are a ‘fear based response’

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is one of the leaders of the self-proclaimed “party of science.” They often say we need to listen to doctors without taking into account that doctors are naturally going to err on the side of caution even if doing so does little good against the pandemic and tremendous bad to the welfare of the people. But don’t think for a moment that Democrats like Cuomo are simply unaware of the stupidity of their lockdowns. They’re fully aware and banking solely on the stupidity of the populace. A perfect example of this was acknowledged by Cuomo himself in a recently leaked phone conversation he had. In it, he declared, “This is not a highly nuanced, sophisticated response. This is a fear driven response. This is not a policy being written by a scalpel. This is a policy being cut by a hatchet.” He then went on to blame Mayor Bill de Blasio for the closing of all schools, including preschools, and claimed that he was trying to “sharpen” the policy to better suit the Jewish leaders he was talking to on the phone at the time. 🚨🚨🚨🚨 Leaked audio of @NYGovCuomo admitting that the new COVID lockdowns in New York (targeting Orthodox Jews only) is not based on any science or medical expertise, but rather in his words is a “fear based response.” pic.twitter.com/mOzxZBCEEM — Reagan Battalion (@ReaganBattalion) October 14, 2020 According to Emes: Hamodia recently published an article which contains a half-hour long audio clip of a private phone conversation recently held between NY State Governor Cuomo and various Rabbonim in the community. The audio (full clip below) as well as the article are very telling. But perhaps one of the most shocking parts is where Cuomo tells Rabbi Yaakov Bender that the government initiatives are not based on science, but simply out of fear. Connect with one of hundreds of physicians nationwide who believe in HCQ as a prophylaxis and treatment for COVID-19. Notice at the end of the clip how Howard Zucker, Commissioner of Health for New York State agrees with the governor. Let’s dispel this fiction that Andrew Cuomo doesn’t know what he’s doing with the lockdowns. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s using fear to promote authoritarian control to keep the people beholden to big government. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. Joe Collins destroys Maxine Waters in new campaign ad

Are things getting better or worse in South Los Angeles? Have they gotten better or worse over the last 44-years? If residents there think things have been getting worse, why do they keep repeating the same mistake over and over again by electing Maxine Waters to Congress? That’s a serious question. Joe Collins is the answer. He has an attribute that Maxine Waters doesn’t have. He actually lives in the district she represents. But one can’t blame her, can they? Why would she live in her own district, which is crumbling, when she can afford to live outside the district in a $6 million mansion? She’d be crazy to live in the district that has suffered through her policies for nearly half a century. The ad by Joe Collins highlights important facts about Maxine Waters that voters need to hear before they go to the ballot box. As a resident, my eyes are open. Hopefully, my neighbors won’t make the same mistake we’ve made for decades. Do you know where I am?Maxine Waters’ $6 Million Mansion. Do you know where I’m NOT?Her District. Why does Joe Biden ‘NEED’ you to vote early?

Joe Biden put out a mini-ad on social media today that was curious. It was a 3-second video that simply says, “I need you to vote, and I need you to vote early.” But why? What’s so important about voting early? Is something coming soon? Is he expecting to lose voters the closer we get to the election? https://t.co/eoxT07d7QB pic.twitter.com/J6mYQG0oF2 — Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) October 5, 2020 It’s not a huge deal… or is it? Even if we disregard the fact that its a 3-second ad with no message other than voting early, what are we to glean from the message itself? As Jeff Dornik noted, it’s a question we all need to ask ourselves. Ask yourself this: Why does @JoeBiden want you to vote early? https://t.co/zIb8S6ahuH — Jeff Dornik (@JeffTheGK) October 5, 2020 Twitter is getting in on the action, placing an emoji automatically for the hashtag #VoteEarly. Again, it’s probably nothing, but it’s peculiar that the left is pushing this narrative. Voting early means voting without all of the information available. The Biden campaign and leftists are pushing this hard. Should we be concerned? Is there something coming they don’t want us to see before voting? Black Proud Boys member debunks mainstream media’s white supremacist narrative

Now that we’re in debate season, of course mainstream media wants to bring up racism. They’re particularly infatuated with white supremacy and have attached that description to the Proud Boys despite the fact there are zero documented cases of the organization promoting any form of bigotry. But mainstream media does as mainstream media does, and they’re spreading this lie fervently following President Trump’s unwillingness to denounce them. Why should he? As this video shows, the organization does not embrace racism. This comes from the mouth of someone who has experienced real racism and is now a member of the Proud Boys. Edwin Arthur did not trust or vote for President Trump in 2016, but he’s voting for him this year. ‘Burn Louisville’ trends on Twitter. Joe Pags calls out their utter hypocrisy.

There has been a common theme on Twitter since the 2016 election season. If a conservative calls for violence, they will almost certainly be suspended or banned altogether. If a progressive calls for violence, they may get a warning but will probably get kudos and even retweets from Twitter staff. That’s what we’ve learned to expect from an organization that is staffed heavily by left-leaning employees. Many are full blown radical progressives using their jobs to participate in social justice activism. All the while, Twitter’s top brass will tell anyone publicly, including Washington DC, that they have no bias. But that narrative is demonstrably false as we can see by today’s big trending topic, “Burn Louisville.” Following news that Breonna Taylor’s alleged killer, former Louisville police officer Brett Hankison, will not be charged with murder, calls for massive riots and wanton destruction in the city and around the country flooded social media. These riots will have very little to do with Taylor’s death as I noted earlier, but that’s not important to Twitter. All that’s important to Twitter employees is that cities burn and their revolution continues to get legs. Here are some direct calls for violence. There have likely been tens of thousands of these, perhaps more. Twitter has not placed warnings on these calls for people to riot. They are letting it ride. But as radio host Joe Pagliarulo pointed at, Twitter was quick to slap a warning on a Tweet by President Trump that they believed called for violence. It did not, but by Twitter’s skewed understanding, they thought it did. Twitter blocked @realDonaldTrump's tweet that violence will be met with force alleging it promoted violence.. but Burn Louisville can trend with no recourse? At least give the appearance of being even-handed, @Jack. — Joe Pags Pagliarulo (@JoeTalkShow) September 23, 2020 “Joe Pags,” as he’s called on his radio show, we referring to a Tweet by the President in June warning Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters in Washington DC not to try to create what was built in Seattle that month. The Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ), which was later renamed the Capital Hill Organized Protest (CHOP), in Seattle was a six-block area near the East Precinct where multiple shootings and rampant crime took place when anarcho-communists took over. When reports came in that such an autonomous zone was being planned for the nation’s capital, the President issued a warning. Twitter labeled it as “abusive behavior.” There will never be an “Autonomous Zone” in Washington, D.C., as long as I’m your President. If they try they will be met with serious force! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 23, 2020 According to Twitter, a conservative presidential warning against violence is considered to be… violence. But leftists calling for actual violence are acceptable and even encouraged on Twitter. Got it. COVID-19 may take down an independent news outlet Nobody said running a media site would be easy. Race-baiting turmoil on airplane caused by woman lambasting ‘white privilege’

Black Lives Matter is a Neo-Marxist organization, but there are still millions of Americans who buy into the narrative that it’s about fighting systemic racism, police brutality, and income inequality. But even than false narrative is taking a beating with daily examples of Black Lives Matter “activists” invoking racism in an effort to supposedly fight racism. The latest viral video depicts an African-American woman on a plane lambasting, well, everyone around her. The flight attendant wanted to go to her station. The passengers wanted to get their trip going. Everyone wanted her to end her racist rant and stop insulting those around her. She claimed she wanted to go to the bathroom. Nothing was stopping her except her need to express her discontent with a society that was just too white for her liking. Racism is real. But what people like this fail to understand is their own racism towards Caucasians does not make the situation better. It drives people TOWARDS racism from every angle. She embarrassed herself by acting like an idiot and she made her message laughable and sad at the same time. This is Cultural Marxism in one of its ugliest forms. One thing is certain. This lady does not care how poorly she is perceived as she skews the intended Black Lives Matter message. She makes a clear case for everyone of every skin color to abandon the “white privilege” racist narrative immediately.
