We are looking for a bookkeeper who will set up and maintain a small business set of books in Quickbooks Online.
This job will include:
- Setting up a good quality chart of accounts so that we have accurate financial statements.
- Setting up customers and vendors for accurate sales and expense reporting.
- Setting up income and expense reports for numerous online stores and businesses
- Making sure all transactions and expenses are making it into quickbooks
- Going back and categorizing all income and expense transactions to date
- Categorizing all new transactions
- Emailing profit and loss reports for each business on a weekly basis
- Balancing bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
- Giving us bookkeeping advice to keep us on the level and make us more efficient
After everything is set up and running smoothly, we will continue to pay you for regular bookkeeping and reporting duties as the hours require.00
